Opinion: Downtown Upgrades Needed

I live in Downtown Wichita, and have noted a few things that need attention.

First, lots of dirty pigeons live under the train overpasses.  They poop all over and are a disgrace. There's got to be a way to make those rafters inaccessible to the damn pigeons.

Second, Santa Fe Street needs to be paved.  Having a dirt road downtown is just lazy and silly.

Third, many sidewalks are covered in sand and gravel.  Someone needs to clean them all.

Topeka vs. Wichita

Topeka is a bipolar city, where everyone is trying to save the world, and failing.

Wichita is a schizophrenic city, where we know only God can save, and we have peace.

Topeka refuses to take their meds, but Wichita knows better.
